Style: Mixed Culture Golden Sour

Brewed with Scottish malted barley, raw wheat and rolled oats. This golden base beer was fermented with a Brettanomyces strain isolated from a renowned Belgian Trappist brewery. A new strain for us, we are enjoying its stone fruit characteristics, crisp light body and subtle but growing funk, which make for a very crushable beer.
We lightly dry-hopped this beer with Mosaic and Galaxy hop terpenes (isolated aromatic hop compounds), adding subtle nuance to the aroma. May this seabeast return any ring you may inadvertently drop into a lake.
All ingredients (except the hops) were harvested within 33 miles of the brewery.
