Goat Wizard 2023
Mixed Culture Golden Sour.
Harkening back to our first ever release, this batch was brewed with locally grown Scottish barley, wheat and oats. Fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces, which includes our original Goat Wizard culture along with some others we have gathered along the way.
No fruit or hops have been added, to showcase the mixed fermentation yeast character in full. Ultra crushable, with zesty citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes and a subtle funk which will develop over time.
Drink young or age, this will get weirder.
