Collaboration with Up Front Brewing
This thick and juicy Nectar IPA was co-fermented with a wild strain of nectar specialist yeast harvested from wildflowers (Metschnikowia reukaufii) alongside another specialist yeast able to unlock bound thiols. This collaboration with Up Front Brewing combines our experiences of using Nectar yeast, and utilising polyfunctional thiols, with the goal to produce the most intensely aromatic and flavourful IPA possible. Dry-hopped with hefty quantities of Cryo Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7.
